Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the closet doors to the laundry storage area were not able to stay secured closed. A locking mechanism is installed but due to the position of the doors; the lock does not properly function to prevent the doors from opening. Provider stated that she has already put in a work order for building maintenance to repair these doors.
